Projects currently active are;

A – EDUCATION.  Distance learning in nonreligious ceremony presentation.  Tutors in UK, Canada and USA are providing internet lessons in the art of presenting nonreligious funeral, memorial, wedding, partnership, restatement of vows and naming ceremonies.  Successful completion of the course enables the student to obtain the Certificate in Secular Ceremony (CSC)* which can lead to the Diploma in Secular Ceremony (DipSC)* after one year of practical work and experience in presenting the three major ceremonies.
Setting up science libraries and study centres for children and adults in the developing countries.

B – PUBLISHING educational books in atheist subjects.  Nonreligious Ceremonies, Volume 1 – A Manual For Beginners – is in print and is available .

 C - CEREMONY TRAINING.    Internet training in atheist ceremonies is being developed to allow organisation to eventually establish their own training programmes.  Training will be provided free to members of recognised secular organisations.     Applications can be made to training@secularfellowship.org

 D – GRIEF SUPPORT GROUPS.  Providing grief support groups (GSGs) to help those who have suffered a loss of someone close to come to terms with their change in circumstances.  By far, the vast majority of those affected by such changed circumstances manage to come to terms with their loss and just simply get on with their life.  However, many of them would, from my experience as a practicing nonreligious celebrants who has conducted hundreds of funerals, be grateful for a source of help that allows them to take the next step in their life.   Our GSGs are meant simply to do that.  If there are individuals who seem unable to come to terms with their loss then we can refer them to trained grief counselors for help.

MEMORIAL INTERNET SITE.    Available free to all clients of our atheist celebrants.  This site can include family members as well as memorials to loved ones.  See sample.
